Review Of John Delavera’s Turbo Seminar
So, I just got back from John Delavera’s Turbo Seminar 1. I have to say that I really didn’t know what to expect, since this was my first big ticket seminar. What I learned and was exposed to has changed my life FOREVER!
Hearing from the likes of Mark Joyner, the founder of Simpleology and Construct Zero, two iconic websites and companies whose main goal is to help you to improve your business through getting to know and improving yourself. Mark doesn’t claim to believe in the “Law of Attraction“, but the principles that he teaches seem to have at least similar thought processes behind them.
Another of the dynamic speakers and teachers that we had on hand is Glenn Dietzl. Glen generally works only with Fortune 500 company’s CEO’s and elite management teams and his retainer is $100k. He emphasized to us the importance of putting a value on our intellectual property in order to protect our business and our integrity. It was an amazing 90 minutes full of super high energy coaching that was worth the cost of the entire seminar.
Unfortunately the weather and illness kept some of the speakers from appearing. We never got to hear from Willie Crawford who is a joint venture magician and an excellent marketer.
We also never got to hear Ken McArthur. I have to say that Ken was probably the speaker I most anticipated hearing. It’s unfortunate that he was unable to attend. Ken would have spoken to a number of audience members, basically doing a short interview, then he would have put people together that could and should work together based on the similarity or synergy of their stories.
Joe Sugarman was also unable to attend due to weather. Darn that snow, what the heck, we’re only a couple of weeks from Spring. Joe has been a Direct marketer for over 50 years and brings that experience to his ventures and partners on the Internet.
There ARE a few more speakers that we did hear and learn from. Simon Leung began his high tech career with none other than Google themselves. Simon was responsible for the birth, growth and development of Google’s Pay Per Click engine, Google Adwords. By staying in contact with those on the inside, and since he originally wrote the protocols, Simon has now taken his insider knowledge and is willing to teach you and I just how to get the maximum exposure and reach from our Google Adwords campaigns for the absolute lowest cost per click. Simon’s high energy (and self admitted ADD) kept the audience on the edge of their seats for his presentation.
Lee Collins of RepeatProfits.com and HybridMarketing.com has to have been my favorite speaker of the entire weekend. Lee combines the Internet Marketing that we’re all so familiar with and boosts the effectiveness of his response by also doing campaigns OFFLINE. The concepts that Lee brought up resonated deeply with me. One of my passions is to assist others in achieving success, thereby reaching success myself. In conversations with Lee throughout the weekend, I became aware that we both have similar ideas about life and business. Lee and I will be doing business together starting today!
Morgan Westerman is another of the speakers that truly resonated with me. While some of the speakers would ask if it were a goal to run your business from a laptop anywhere in the world, and then pooh pooh it, Morgan made millions of dollars BEFORE anyone even knew who the heck he was. Morgan created a one page website to sell a $7 screensaver…and it made him a multi-millionaire. He thrives on running his business from his laptop. I can relate to that. Thanks Morgan, for the inspiration. I guess that makes me more of a “lifestyle guru” than anything else.
Warren Whitlock was yet another of John Delavera’s choices as speakers for his Turbo Seminar. Warren emphasized the importance of establishing ourselves as authorities in our particular field of interest. One of the most effective and powerful methods of doing that entails becoming the author of your own book. Through his expertise and contacts Warren is able to facilitate that for you. It’s an opportunity that every decent Internet Marketer should investigate.
The dynamic and charismatic Mike Wesley was also in attendance to teach us about the importance and power of article marketing. He introduced us to his lates project which will truly revolutionize the method and number of backlinks that we can realize from even a single article.
Speaking of charisma, we can’t leave Susan Preston out of that category. Her Social Media expertise and her own authentic way of communication was a ray of sunshine amongst the serious talk of marketing. Susan taught us the importance of being your true self at every opportunity that you have to present yourself to the “community” which you serve in your internet business. With some of the powerful techniques and practical advice that she gave, I have no doubt that some of the seminar’s attendees have increased their following already.
Taking up some of the time from the absent speakers, Mr. Delavera and Mr. Joyner both took the stage to impart more of the wisdom that has brought them to the level of success that they now enjoy. They also encouraged us to not EVER quit. Some of their own biggest victories came only a step after the point that they wanted to quit.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re just spinning your wheels and not going anywhere with your business, perhaps it’s time for you to re-evaluate what you do in fact want from your life and your business. By taking action, you create momentum. It seems that the laws of physics somehow apply to the realm of Internet Marketing as well. An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion.
Motivate yourself to action today. What choices can you make today that will positively impact your future and that of your business? I know for me it was as simple as committing to attend the Turbo Seminar 1. It’s only a day or so after the seminar and I’m completely re-energized to take massive action in order to realize massive return.
If any of the concepts or ideas that I spoke of here today are motivating you toward action, I want you to send me an e-mail and tell me just what you’re up to. If I can help you in any way, I’d like to do that. I can put you in contact with any of the folks mentioned here. Drop a note to john{@}johnmelanson.info, you’ll be glad you did.
