How To Choose The Casino Affiliate Program That’s Right For You

Joining a casino affiliate program can be very profitable but it isn’t as easy as other affiliate programs. To be successful in such competitive industry, you have to work real hard and be dedicated enough. Lots of affiliates have been into casino affiliate programs just to find out that it’s never an easy task. So don’t be tempted by big commissions; before you decide to promote online casinos, make sure you did careful research and planning first.

Tips in Choosing a Casino Affiliate Program

At present, the online gaming industry is adjusting to the current changes in the US regulations. So if you don’t want to be startled by this change, you must keep these tips in mind when searching for an online casino affiliate program to join in:

1. The affiliate program you must select should be something that interests you.
If you are interested in casinos, then don’t think twice about choosing a casino affiliate program. And if you enjoy playing poker, better focus on it and start generating poker content. The advantage of choosing something that’s within your niche of interest is that you will be more willing to work on it. The more motivated you are, the better your chances are to succeed.

2. Choose a high-quality casino affiliate program.
Do not settle for something less. So look for correct and real time stats for you to see the programs that are producing the highest conversions based on your site’s traffic. Not certain as to which one has the best traffic? Better visit some well-known poker and casino forms and find out which programs are promoted.

3. Join in a program that has the best player retention for the players you referred.
You worked real hard to get a client so you should pick the casino program that will actively retain your referred players. It’s important to keep your client playing and keep them happy. This can be done by providing players with enticing incentives and bonuses.

4. Pick a program that caters to a progressive casino market.
The program you must join in has to be updated with the casinos they promote. Keep in mind that casinos have varying functionality and user interface. So go for one that provides fresh and modern excitement.

5. It is practical to go for a casino program that offers a residual income, plus a payout of 35% or more.
Programs that offer cost per acquisition are a big no no. Choosing this type of program will make you miss considerable continual profit that most affiliates are enjoying. Be sure you find a program that pays you residually.

6. Be mindful of the Terms of Service of casino affiliates.
Be aware of those casinos that make use of predatory language in their Terms of Service statement. Make sure you read it carefully. As always, protect yourself. If you have any questions about the language of any affiliate contract, have it checked by a lawyer.

7. Go for a program that offers affiliates with lots of banners that can help your affiliate business succeed in the shortest time possible.
Choose wisely because not all casino programs offer such resources. By spreading your banners around using banner exchange services or on more of  your own websites or blogs.

These tips are important for you to know well if the casino affiliate program you will choose is really worth promoting. Following these will help you experience how lucrative and rewarding casino affiliate program is.

MLM & Affiliate Marketing vs. Megacorp

by , under Affiliate Marketing, Internet Marketing, MLM, network marketing

MLM, also known as network or multi-level marketing is not that unlike affiliate marketing. There are many “lifestyle” companies in business today that offer excellent products, especially in the nutrition and supplements niche. These companies need to expose as much of the public to their products as they can. By interweaving a lifestyle into the lives of their representatives these companies are able to show very quickly and clearly how their products have helped each of those people and their families to progress toward success in life, health and business.

Companies choose to save on their advertising budgets and pay representatives, agents, distributors or affiliates (they’re all essentially the same in this scenario) for spreading the word about their product.By compensating and rewarding their sales force (you & I) with added bonuses, incentives and discounts these companies gain loyalty, longevity and can ultimately guarantee their own future revenues.

This model closely resembles the affiliate sales model in which a company supplies the affiliate with the knowledge, tools and access to their product or service as well as the  reputation that was built by that product or service. By offering access to the product, the tools to promote it and a commission on the sale of that product companies that use the affiliate model gain the same benefits described above in the MLM model.

Amazon.com® was one of the very first large scale companies to utilize the affiliate model. To this day they still generate millions of dollars per year in commission for their affiliates. Their continued use and improvement on the affiliate model speaks directly to its viability as a successful business model.

Too many people think that MLM is a Ponzi or “pyramid scheme” designed so that only the person at the top of the pyramid gets the major chunk of the money. Some also believe that if you’re just starting out you have zero chance of ever becoming THAT successful in such a competitively structured environment. Neither of these facts could be farther from the truth.

Look at the structure of any mega-corporation. The individual earning the most money is the one sitting in the CEO or COO’s chair. In the 21st century there’s really no longer any lasting hope that you’ll achieve that seat by entering a company through, let’s say, the mail room. Each individual, even in a management position, is truly only in control over a very small portion of the responsibility of that company.

Being a representative or consultant for one of the many companies that use the MLM or affiliate models can be both beneficial and profitable to you as a marketer looking for multiple streams of income. Make sure that you take the time to learn all that you can about each program that you choose to get involved with. Watch any “how-to videos”, listen to podcasts and use ALL of the tools and resources that they’ve gathered for you. All of these companies seriously want you to succeed because their success depends on YOUR success.

One big part of being successful is your willingness and capacity to LEARN. Invest in yourself through education. Whether that means going back to school or signing up for the next webinar to learn about generating traffic or prospecting and list building, you need to take action and never, ever think that you’ve learned all there is to know.

Credibility and Saleability: Two Things That Mark a Good Affiliate Program

by , under Affiliate Marketing, Internet Marketing
So what makes a good affiliate program?
Anyone who’s involved in affiliate marketing will have varying answers to this question. Collate all their responses and you’ll discover the common thread. What are the common reasons and justifications in choosing a certain affiliate program?
It will be revealed that the two major reasons that are often cited by affiliate entrepreneurs are the credibility of the affiliate programs and its impact on the market/ how well it sells online. These are the two oft cited reasons by many marketers, and the two reasons that you can use as well when deciding which among the affiliate programs should be chosen.
Is it sell-able?
So are the affiliate program and its products and services sellable? You don’t want to waste your time and your resources into something that will stink in the online marketplace. Of course you would want affiliate products and services that have a captive market online. You would want the affiliate programs that have a history of good sell online. In order to make this happen, it would be appropriate for you to do prior market research before you actually make your decision.
Use major search engines in your market research. For example, you can observe Google and check out the behavior of affiliate products. If you can note that there are affiliate programs that are displayed on its Search Engine Results Pages or SERPs then you can rest assured that the affiliate program is competitive online and you can make money from it.
Another area where you can check out possible money-earning affiliate program is the forums. Discussion forums focused on affiliate marketing and internet marketing can be visited in order to get a glimpse at what affiliate marketing campaigns and affiliate products are taking off. Read between the lines when you are registered on these forums.
Check out real testimonies from satisfied marketers, and learn to filter out spam information that masquerade as real reviews for affiliate programs.  Once you master this technique, it will be easier for you to use these forums as a tool in discovering what affiliate programs sell and what affiliate services and products stinks.
Is it credible?
Credibility- now this is a loaded word. There is something about this word that you should take note. And this word can be used as well as one of your metrics in choosing what should be the better affiliate program. Is the affiliate program a well-known program online? Or is this program the subject of many bad reviews online for the past several months? Have you read some negative testimonials about the program? If you can sense more negativities than positives, perhaps that is the time that you drop that affiliate program.
Remember that you are using your blogs and websites as your platform in recommending affiliate programs and affiliate products. You don’t want to become a party in promoting a scam or a very bad affiliate program, right? It’s all about reputation online so make sure that you check two major factors when choosing an affiliate program- does it sell and does it carry a spotless credibility?
